ashleyr71 Hi Edith - I’m sorry to hear you weren’t 100% satisfied with your order. I see you said I could improve on items cleanliness, however it was cleaned and polished before I sent it to you. Could you please elaborate on how I could do a better job next time? I also shipped it in a Pandora bag as mentioned in the description. So I’m not sure about how packaging could improve either - but I would love your insight 💓
