@dimeliee I apologize but I thought that PM contacted you regarding my dispute. The button is not working properly and it snaps out when it’s on my waist. That being said, I don’t think that I can wear it or it will fall all the time. I love it so much but what good will it do if I cannot wear it. It should be sent bag to LV because of it. I’m actually waiting for PMS reply. I’m so sorry but I cannot accept this.

@dimeliee as mentioned earlier I love it so much but it doesn’t work for me. The fourth button is the one better for my size so maybe the first 3 buttons are the ones for you? I’m very disappointed too because I used my debit card to pay for it. I’m still waiting for PMS reply

@pentelpen3 the belt buttons were working perfectly when the purse was sent maybe the reason the fourth button isn't working well is because it hasn't been used at all, even when people were trying it on at the store. So if you are really that worried about it, I could potentially give you a discount?

@dimeliee I would love to but I’m not comfortable wearing it because I’m afraid it might fall. Especially if I’m outside then it could be easily snatched. I will take it even without the discount. I swear to you that I tried it and tried to make it work but it just not working properly.

@pentelpen3 I honestly do not what exactly is wrong with the button but maybe you could take to a locksmith, it was working well when I was sending it. You could also use as it a clutch, that's an extremely good deal for a completely new LV purse. Think about it

@dimeliee I really feel bad for both of us and it’s a lot of money. I had been a customer for 5 years now and I’m thinking if I still wanted to trust Poshmark. They are so irresponsible and only thinks about their commission

@pentelpen3 I understand your situation but it's been 10 ten days and I still haven't received a word from poshmark. I also don't see a reason why you shouldn't accept the item. I'm in a very difficult position here because I'm out of the item and money, while you've had the item on your hands for 10 ten days now and return should be filed within 3.

@dimeliee I filed on the very first day I received the bag. I promise you that the bag is still in the box you sent me. It’s useless to me because the button is not properly working. I cannot use it so believe me it remained in the box. I sent numerous emails to Poshmark and even addressed it to the general manager because they are keeping my money and not even responding. I promised to myself not to buy anything from Poshmark anymore. I’m going to complain them to BBB.

@pentelpen3 I'm sorry but we've got to do something about this. It's been too long and we cannot wait for the answer from poshmark anymore. At least you have the item on hands, I don't have my item, neither do I have more money for it.

you could buy it and resell it yourself, that would be the simplest decision because I’m very tired of waiting on the response from poshmark

@dimeliee I can but you have to wait until it is bought and have them accept it and not return it due to the same problem. I cannot be stuck with it because I cannot use it. I’m really sorry but as you can see, I’m losing my money and cannot even enjoy the item. And Poshmark is not even helping.
