1. I buy when I want something. If I don't, it's probably because I think the item is fake, not worth it, or didn't like how I was approached by the seller
2. If I ask questions, I like direct answers. I don't care about someone's love notes
3. Any offer does not offend me. This isn't Bergdorf's. I don't think it should "offend" anyone else either. It's just business
4. I prefer to use the offer button both ways
