Hi Edna! Thank you again for your purchase from me for the Italian Shoemakers Shoes. I strive for good service and fast shipping. But I noticed you gave your experience three stars mentioning the shoes were not true to size. I just want to point out that I disclosed the correct shoe size and I did not mention that these were true to size so the description was accurate. I would have gladly given you a measurement of the shoe if you had asked.

Nothing narrow about the sandals. See the pictures. They are not remotely narrow. The description and photographs on these high quality new shoes are accurate. Please resell them if they do not fit you. Your rating is unwarranted.
