Only thing I could think was maybe label or barcode got messed up but it really doesn’t make sense that it made it all the way to your city before being rejected. I’ve contacted Poshmark about the situation but I think you should also message them and I believe they will have to either refund you or send a new shipping label. I am waiting to hear back from them.
