laurencaseyhill @luckycleo27 Haha I got you! I called fedex and they pick up all packages Monday night. They said their tracking system is down currently, so that may be it. I asked if the package I dropped off was there and they check and said no. So it’s definitely been taken and is on its way. Again I’ll keep you updated! Sorry this hasn’t happened to me before lol so kinda figuring it out as we go.

luckycleo27 @laurencaseyhill I contacted Poshmark and they got back to me, said that you have not shipped them yet and they’re trying to contact you. I don’t understand. I see that you are in Laguna Hills. I am in Lake Forest so if you have shipped them they should have gotten here. None of this is making any sense.

laurencaseyhill @luckycleo27 !!! They still haven’t gotten back to me! After emailing them 4 times! I don’t know what to do from here. I will continue to email them daily until I hear back. Hopefully they will do something.! I’m extremely disappointed with how unprofessional they are being.

luckycleo27 Wait a minute. Now I’m the one freaking out. I cannot believe this. They took the money out of my bank account without me even acknowledging I received the shoes. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from Poshmark. I can’t believe it. Very bad experience.

luckycleo27 @laurencaseyhill Bummed out. I really wanted those shoes. And just to think I could’ve just got your phone number went to your house and pick them up. They refunded my money. Looks like the shoes got lost somehow. Sounds kinky to me if there’s a tracking number how can it get lost.

laurencaseyhill @luckycleo27 they emailed me today. They payed me out...and they call it a “Lost item” so I emailed back thanking them for refunding you and paying me out and asking “ so we just never get the shoes back?” And I’ll be calling fedex!
