peri_y @scruzmidmod hey I don’t know what’s going on with the package I shipped it out and I think it got lost . I called the post office and contacted posh support I think they will refund if you don’t receive . It’s so strange this has never happened to me before . I shipped it out wirh three other packages and they all got delivered already .

peri_y @scruzmidmod I feel so bad for this inconvenience . I happen to resell a lot of the things I buy , and when I buy soemthing I usually buy two so I can have one for myself . If they end up refunding u which they should , I can show you how mine looks and you can see if you’re interested . It’s the same product and size

scruzmidmod @meganderso My package was sent to Florida instead of my address on the West Coast. It went to Palm Beach FL and is now on the way to Boyton Beach FL. Was there an address switch with one of your other sales? Can you help?

meganderso @scruzmidmod I just looked at the shipping label and the address is 1xx Cxxxxx Pxxx in CA. Is that your address? There’s no way for me to switch it because it prints with the same tracking number on the label as they send to you, it’s all already populated from Poshmark when the sale happens. I’m sure the snow delayed it from leaving St. Louis but snow wouldn’t send it to the opposite side of the country! I’ll contact Poshmark and see what they recommend.

scruzmidmod The address you and Poshmark have is correct. I figured Poshmark has control of the info for label printing, etc. I agree with you about the snow slowdown but sending it to Florida makes no sense. Let me know what Poshmark does about this. I guess if it's delivered to someone in Florida how would they know what to do except to contact you at the return address. Is that right?

meganderso @scruzmidmod I just heard back and it was basically a standard email that says watch the shipping. I checked the shipping this morning and it is processed through the West Palm Beach USPS facility, so maybe it is on its way to you, or at least back to me. I am so sorry this is happening! Unfortunately I have no control once it leaves my house. I know you will get your money back if you never get it, but I guess it depends on the honesty of the recipient if it ends up back with me or not.
