@ppamprrd I have been gradually losing weight over time. Making small adjustments and doing green smoothie cleanses when I can. I recently found out I have Diabetes and am making even more changes. Diabetics require so much food so I am adjusting to eating more believe it or not. The weight is still coming off slowly and I know I will reach my goal size.

@ecriear You are on quite a journey! The critical thing is to keep the diabetes under control. Yes, you need all of the right foods to eat. Complex carbs and lean protein. Lots of apples and almonds in moderation. I have been on a 4 yr weight watchers journey. Very tough. I feel like everyday is a challenge to eat healthy. They say weight loss is 80% food choices and 20% exercise😉, but exercise is great for diabetes.

@ggoodspeed1222 I’ve had to make some adjustments to what I was doing at the time. I have been losing weight gradually over the years and so far I am not regaining anything. At the moment I am on a diabetic eating plan. I have incorporated green smoothies, Russian birch sap, and bone broth into my plan. I have started exercising too. I believe in taking weight off slowly over time instead of doing quick fixes. Weight gain takes place over time so weight loss should take place over time too.
