jennajustine_ Hello! I dropped your skirt off yesterday morning, however whoever scanned in the package scanned it as delivered and not accepted so it is currently showing delivered on Poshmark, I have already contacted support to see what to do next. This has never happened to me before in two years I’ve been selling, I apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know what Poshmark says ❤️

jennajustine_ First off, I did mark anything as delivered, it’s literally impossible for me to do that. Whoever scanned it in at the post office scanned it incorrectly, your package wasn’t the only one that happened to. I did not mark it as an incorrect size it’s a size large and measurements were posted in the description if you had read it. The item is in fact reversible, and my home is a smoke free home so for it to smell like smoke is not possible besides the fact it was washed before I listed it.

jennajustine_ I cannot accept a return Poshmark does not approve of, because something does not fit is not a reason for return in their eyes. If that’s much of an issue reach out to them yourself and see if they can help you. A one star rating for something completely out of my hands.
