eburnett741 @eileenvanderleu did you receive your dress yet? I got an email from the site stating that you hadn't received it yet even though USPS said it was delivered. I hope everything works out!

eileenvanderleu @eburnett741 Hi! Thanks for reaching out. No I have not, and I'm so confused. I tracked it on line and saw that it said delivered, but saw my mailman today and no packages yesterday. Was it a small package/bag or a box? Thoughts?

eileenvanderleu @eburnett741 I do too. It's my first purchase on this site and can't say I'm thrilled 😩. I have NO problem with my mail. Small packages like that get put directly into my mailbox. (My husband got a small bag today from Society Six and was delivered just fine). When big packages get delivered, they knock on my door or occasionally leave with a neighbor. But not this time. What do I do now?

eburnett741 @eileenvanderleu it's definitely a problem with USPS. Let me see if I can get any information from them about this tomorrow. I have used Poshmark to buy twice now and nothing like this has happened to me so I really believe it's a fault of the mail service.

eileenvanderleu @eburnett741 hey there! I figured out what happened! This item was delivered to my OLD address! I updated my new address and it didn't save! I'm supposed to wear this dress to a friend's wedding next week and I'd love to get my hand on it. Can you please advise? Poshmark has no phone customer care, just emails. Thanks so much 🙏🏻

eburnett741 @eileenvanderleu yay! Ok I'm so glad we figured this out.. alright I'll send you the shipping number and maybe usps can use that to send it to your new address! I messaged Poshmark customer support so hopefully they will know exactly what to do.
