@cinderella927 I use one long piece of soft stretchy cotton so that the mask is worn around the head to save stress on your ears. It will be knotted so you can adjust it to a comfortable fit. If you prefer ear loops, simply cut the fiber in two and tie each piece in a knot to make your ear loops. I added a picture in some of my newer listing so buyers can see how the mask ties. They are very comfortable. Most of my fabric is organic cotton and high quality quilters cotton.
