When u get the box it’s a jacket the other buyer got ur underwear plz let Poshmark to know u got the jacket so they can swap the box . They will send u label to send her and she will send it box . claire51oc @guccim15 ah ok, this will be difficult. The underwear is for my granddaughter and shipped to my daughter’s house so I guess my daughter will get the jacket. She doesn’t have a printer to print the label. Will she be able to get the box picked up? I’m not sure how she can do this. Will the other person be sending my daughter the underwear? We’ll have to figure out how to get this done.

But ya u can hold on the box they will send u email so u can ship the item back to other but it’s just the exchange . I apologize agin 🙏

claire51oc Hi, just an update...the item is out for delivery to my daughter and she is aware. I told her not to open it and I'll be sending her a label to attach and resend. She said she can probably get a friend to help her with the printing. Do I need to request the label from Poshmark or is that already in the works?

claire51oc @guccim15my daughter got the undies today...shipping was delayed. She was able to get the jacket sent today. Please understand, she has two little ones, lives in an area where she can't leave a package at the mailbox safely so had to run to the post office. Also, the family is just coming out of quarantine (6 year old had Covid). This was not a problem we created. The tracking number is 9405 5112 0206 1486 3978 25

claire51oc @guccim15 I'm going to report this Yuri H person to Poshmark. Whoever they are they sent my daughter a nasty message through facebook accusing us of lying about sending the package earlier which I never did. I think finding out about the error on Wednesday, receiving the label on Thursday and getting the package sent today is not a problem. My daughter was very upset and so am I. This whole thing was not our fault. How did this Yuri person get my daughter's information?
