foleycando Hi there, I just got your review and am so sorry you were disappointed. This was my first time selling anything and it was not my intention to mislead you. I bought this bag brand new from a Coach store and nothing was ripped, there were scuffs. I bought this item for 130$ a couple of years ago I thought my price was fair, please let me know what you think you should have paid and maybe we can work something out?

tahlulah255 @foleycando scuffs are to be expected but a blue streak along the back and white spots that appear to be some type of paint or nail polish I did not expect. I got most of the blue streak out with leather conditioner but the white spots didnt.
