@emdunbar2005 this is what the notification said: Your item is being held at the Post Office in OAKLAND, CA 94603 on November 21, 2016 at 6:21 pm because the business was closed. The item will be delivered the next delivery day that the business is open. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender. Let me know if theres anything I can do.

@vintage_closet_ I believe I got the coats mixed up...I ordered the Anne Klein coat from you...the zipper is broken on the coat...I am sorry I had yours mixed up with another jacket I ordered. I am returning the jacket...it is beautiful but does not zip...
