Policies Affordable Designer Brands is a professional seller husband wife team run by Eileen and Ben. We work Monday to Friday but answer customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you do not get a response within 24 hours, we may have missed it in the feed, please send us a message. We specialize in name brands at an affordable price. Since all products are guaranteed authentic, we only source products directly from the brands or authorized, nationally recognized distributors. As a result, we do not trade or exchange even if the products are new because the chain that preserves authenticity is broken. Shipping - Our goal is to ship all orders by the end of the next business day. However, most orders received by 4PM EST on weekdays ship the same day. Since 2016,Posh always have our average ship time as same day or 1 day. We ship Monday to Friday and most Saturdays. However, Saturday shipping is not guaranteed. We observe all USPS holidays. You can find the USPS holidays at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/events/ We will treat orders received during observed holiday weekends as if they were received the first business day after the holiday. This means that we then have until the 2nd business day after the holiday to get the order out. All sales on are final. We want you to be comfortable with your purchase.
