wowwhatadeal @eileenf64 Hello, yes I had the same thought so i stopped by there the other day. All they could offer was to wait and see if package surfaced. I will be glad to offer you a refund since I shipped another package at the same time and its also missing. I did notify Posh that the package is not tracking. so sorry about this. thank you

eileenf64 @mdavery64 Hi.. well it has been 7 days and I still haven’t received the pumps.. I’m not exactly sure how I can apply for a refund because it says the item has shipped. Can you initiate a refund for me? This stinks.. I was looking forward to having these pumps.. if I receive them, I will certainly let you know. Thank you

wowwhatadeal @eileenf64 Hello thank you for your message I'm not really sure how to do that. i've tried a few times to cancel it but it says it shipped maybe can you initiate a cancellation on your end I think the item may be lost in the mail I'll be glad to offer you a refund.

eileenf64 @mdavery64 .. Hello.. I started a case with Poshmark . The order now says delivered but I didn’t receive the package.. I’m so sorry for all of this.. I’m sure you are frustrated as well. I appreciate your willingness to straighten this out. I hope that they will contact you now that I opened the case.. Eileen

eileenf64 @mdavery64 Hello.. I haven’t had any success with Poshmark responding via the app. I just sent an email because they don’t take phone calls at their corporate office in California.. They certainly make it very difficult to reach them if there is an issue. I will keep you posted as to whether or not I receive a response to my email… Have a Very Happy Thanksgiving!
