siptea15 @s_schneider Im not sure why the dial is not working properly, I sold couples of Kendra Scott watches before and they seem to be all working fine, I dont know if its from how they handle the shipping at post office or what, but I did try to wrapped it to protect it from mishandling at the post office. If you are not happy with it you can of course send it back and I will gladly give you your money back, Im sorry, did not know theres a problem since I never even try to use it.

I commented on the post for the bracelet she ordered and asked her if she received the correct item since I received the one she ordered. Maybe she’ll ignore it. Maybe she won’t. I just think it’s really unfair. Don’t you have another “Winter is Coming” Game of Thrones bracelet?? I think the dragon bracelet was the only one you had.

poppy_seed @siptea15 Even if that buyer didn’t get my order, she clearly didn’t get what she ordered. Maybe she didn’t open it yet. Hopefully someone will do the right thing and return the items to you. I won’t hold my breath though. Any chance you can get another Fire & Blood bracelet? clarkjamiek I reached out on the case review but you didn’t respond (only approved message from postmark disappointing). I received the wrong bracelet and asked if you still have the bracelet I wanted, but you didn’t respond. If you have the bracelet I want/ one i ordered, I was gonna keep the wrong one and purchase the correct one. I cut the tag off of it because I thought I had purchased the wrong bracelet.
