krousselle I am very disappointed that you never shipped my order of the American Tourister tote bag. I needed it for a trip. You sent me a tracking number one day after I placed the order. Two weeks went by and it had still not shipped. Poshmark said they had no response from you as to why it had not shipped. I had to cancel the order in order to get my money refunded since you had not shipped it. I would love to hear from you. Thanks.
