@laneywag hey! I just realized that you're new on here & may not realize...when u receive an order you have to go on posh & accept it & rate the seller in order for them to release the money. If you don't, they'll do it by default after 3 days, but of course it's preferable to get a rating so we know everything was ok. Thanks...

@laneywag Hi Elaine, this is the 3rd post I have listed in hopes to get your attention. The dress went to the dry cleaners Mon with explicit instructions to try to dry clean with tags attached (albeit I've only know one place to pull that off and it was not a very good cleaners). Fast fwd to to last night when I go to package your bundle with the dress home and dry cleaned... ummmm, no tags(!?)... the I took it in there were tags

@laneywag attached but now, not attached and not even taped to the hanging bag. I just had a conversation with the owner who swears I never said anything about the tags AND I know I did b/c I specifically said my request was unique due reselling. Whether or not he heard me say it is another story, I suppose. Anyways, I will send the dress (as you will see it is brand new and clean just no tags)... and I will throw in the matching necklace to the earrings for the trouble.

@laneywag However if you get the order and yo' re not satisfied, you can refuse it for a refund since I have compromised my listing (of the dress). I just hope you know I so disappointed in this situation.... and am terribly upset to make you wait this long. I am not going back again.... anyway, I was waiting to talk to them before I packaged it, so I'll do that now. SO SORRY!

@laneywag I'd expect you to and also I enclosed the dry cleaning receipt. (They can definitely verify it came to them with tags attached... in fact, I was so upset with them (and I rarely complain at any place) they were digging in their trash cans. I won't go back there ever again; I am almost certain the original several generational owner sold it b/c this not the cleaners I know. I am so sorry again, but glad you are up-yto-date. Have a terrific night!:)
