Hi Elaine this is violetta u bought the Michele watch from me I got a email from Poshmark that said the watch needed a battery the watch has never been time set I just wore it as jewelry they need to set the watch time and it will work..it still in factory time set condition I forgot I never set this watch from when I purchased it. Ps this watch doesn't have a battery!

Sorry it has battery but never set it the battery has a 2year life if not used sorry u can send it back and I replace the battery and relist it for purchase
