I've got some great pieces, I've been wearing the lagenlook for 30 years and it's a lifestyle and artistic statement. Not everyone gets it, so it's nice when it's appreciated. I was a decorator and image consultant so I have some serious pieces that I'm having a hard tim letting go of, but I'm retired and my lifestyle doesn't dictate that I will ever wear.

I mean, if you are replying to a comment, then the @ + closet name will automatically come up; however, if you want to write a message (AKA tag someone) you do so in comments section of a listing and use the @ symbol before their closet name! @christies8 Thanks for checking my closet out. It's a black door. I just hang them on the door and edit to frame. The bad thing is the white door has shutters so it doesn't give me a n even background so I use a red scarf! I'm new at the and trying my best to be creative

I recognized that beautiful horse, He/She looks like a Derby Contender. I always watch the Derby and Preakness...I cried when. Classic Empire won. What an incredible race. I just love those beautiful horses. It's great out here in Sunny California. I live in Pasadena, and just got back from Laguna Beach where my Son-in law and grandson live (my daughter is an Angel 😇)
and they live 3 minutes from the Pacific Ocean
so we're really Blessed.❤️

@cfling Cyndi how can you shop anywhere else with access to all of the vendors you have!!! Lol No, I don't have a store. That's a boutique I shop at in Studio City. I've shopped in the same boutiques in Berkley, SF, NY and LA for 40 yrs. I was a Clothing Consultant and Interior Decorator for that long. Also lived a very public life where I had to project an image that was so not me.
The Lagenlook is so comfortable and an expression of my soulful and artistic self.

I actually started my own Retail website last September selling just CP Shades, but am expanding my Brand reach focused on Ethical/Sustainable fashion brands, small batch production, etc. So I go to L.A. Market now about three times/year. I LOVE buying with my own eye for style. It's my dream job. Now just fingers crossed I can find that niche following that can keep it going! 🙂 (link is in my bio)

I bought the coat to sell here on Posh ( like most of my things!) and I did it because the coat itself reminded me of my grandma Anna. I have enough to open a retail store but it’s so hard to let them go. Poshmark has given me an avenue to meet women with similar taste and a love for the lagenlook style. Hi Elaine, I love your closet! You have great personal style. I’m also a fan of the Lagenlook (comfortable yet tres chic!) and Poshmark allows me to buy good quality clothes at a fraction of the original price. She left a son at 2yrs and he's 12 now. My heart is forever broken. There are no words, but hugs are so comforting. Thank you...I felt those hugs.💕💕💕

@nipmuc Providence is cold and gray today, my dear friend. But spring is beginning to show itself. Most of the snow has melted and crocuses are poking their heads out of the ground. I know your daughter’s passing will always be a grief you carry deep in your soul. How could it be otherwise? How is your grandson? He’s getting to be a young man soon! Mine is almost four, and I am fortunate to have him nearby.

He's from London and I was so afraid he would take him there, but he promised he never would. I moved here from the Bay Area and my other daughter, her husband, and daughter came together

there often. My Sonya was so incredible. An Engineer for CNN for
24 yrs., waited late to get married, have a baby, bought a beautiful
home and was gone in a year and a half. 💓

My memories are so wonderful, the ancient history, culture, people, music. The Americans, French, Italians, Arabs all lived together. We lived off base so my experience was so apart of the culture which was what my father wanted for his family, and why he did 2 tours of duty there. (

daughter became an Angel a week after Thanksgiving so the holidays have so many painful
memories. There are beautiful ones and well, but
they both bring tears and longing. I haven’t had a
cold in 12 yrs., and within 2 days I came down with
bronchitis that has me so ill. I’m waiting for the Dr.
call now. I’ve always practiced homeopathic medicine but this cough has frightened me.

She lived in Pasadena and worked for CNN as an Engineer, Director, Producer, on Air Hostess, etc. for 24 years. Her resume included Emmys, Peabody Awards, She was Larry King’s Engineer as long as he was in LA work with every Actor, World Leader,
