eleyva19 Hi, so I thought I didn’t receive the package when I got the email that It was delivered so I sent a msg to customer service but it turns out that the package was actually left in a weird place but was received. So when I go to accept the purchase now it won’t let me because there is a case open on it. I contacted customer service on the app and it says they should answer me back in 24 hours.
