Please contact me regarding your brooch purchase. I mailed it out this past week but I’m still getting a “Pending Scan” message. Have you received it? If not, I’ll go to our PO on Friday to get an answer- I’m at a loss.

Please see the comments at the point of sale page. Before I can issue you a refund, you need to initiate the process. USPS states the box may have been lost or processed incorrectly due to holiday issues. Should the package show up, I’ll let you know right away. I am so very sorry.
