gracerosanna @elainea160 I just discovered that I mixed up the labels between your package and another package. I think that Poshmark will help us get it sorted out, but I imagine that it could probably take a while. I think there will be a cream lace cardigan in your package. I reported it to Poshmark just now, so they will probably contact you, too. I'm so sorry about this!! I know that you were eager to have the jeans!

elainea160 @gracerosanna Oh no! I totally understand, it happens. The package is supposed to reach me tomorrow.. when it does, do I send it back right away without opening it so it can reach you as soon as possible? ( I suggest not opening it just because I don’t want to rip the label and such but also I think I’ll be able to tell if it’s the jeans or the cardigan by feeling the package) Or do I have to replace / change the label or do a return ?

gracerosanna @elainea160 I think that you'll need to open a case/report a problem with the purchase when it arrives and request to return and then they'll send a label. I'm not 100% sure if it's true, as they haven't told us what to do with the other case (that got your jeans) but I was looking it up and saw on forums that they would send labels to the buyer to return the item.
