rasempress9 @eallen4414 So you can contact Poshmark customer support, send pictures and ask for a label to do a return (free) and I can issue you a refund. I've never gotten less than five stars on any rating and anytime there is damage or any pilling I put it in the description so the buyer is well informed. Let me know once they respond and we can move forward on making this right. Again my sincerest apologies. Happy Holidays.
