I am sorry you were not happy with the way the Chico’s sweater was delivered. I shipped the package within the 3 days that I am required to even with the New Year holiday. All my clothes that are not NWT are washed for cleanliness. I did this with this sweater also as it was a Used item. I also hand wrap each item in tissue and include a hand written thank you note for the purchase. I am very sorry that this was not enough for you. However, again thank you for your purchase and Happy Poshing!

I am very happy with the Chicos sweater
I love it. Sorry if you thought otherwise. I am an older fashionista and not very techno I have only been poshmarking for a short time.
Last Monday I had knee replacement surgery and am doing very well, maybe it was the pain meds.
At any rate, all is well.
