echo801 Hi Elaine. FYI I packaged your purchase Sunday and scheduled a USPS pickup for Monday. This morning I see it is still here despite the fact I got a confirmation email. This is the first time they have ever NOT picked up when I scheduled it. If it is still here this afternoon when I get off work I will take it to the post office myself. I am sorry for the delay. echo801 @liftedlorax333 Post office picked it up yesterday but still not tracking. I searched it and it's not in the system. I opened an inquiry but this is so frustrating. This is not how I run my business. I am refunding your money. If it shows up, you can keep it for free. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

If it shows up I will purchase one of the amethyst clusters and you can adjust the price to add the rutile quartz 😁 I have my eye on one of those anyway. gpurcell0509 Well, looks like Posh has a 10 limit on labels…and they charged me another 22.50 for it hah! So I will be shipping you a few smaller items separate, had to get it down to 10 lbs…

liftedlorax333 @gpurcell0509 Oh no! I send things over 10lbs all the time and never had any problems the post office doesn't usually notice. Did you already by the label? If you make another listing for what you paid I will purchase it so that you can get your money back on the first label and use the new one for the second box 🙂

gpurcell0509 @liftedlorax333 it’s ok, lesson learned lol. The usps here is strict and if it’s 2 oz over they will send it back which would be loss on the shipping money too lol. Thanks though! I had no idea they had a weight limit and that it costs so much. It’s the same cost as a LG flat rate which is any weight to 70 lbs.
