Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the item wasn't exactly as expected. I shipped it next day but sometimes USPS isn't as fast as it claims. I believe your package had to be re-delivered, plus the holiday weekend may have effected ship times. I always check tracking religiously.
I steam clean everything so I apologize if something was wrong with the item. I'll do my best to improve my descriptions! Thanks again.
