Hey, I am sorry to hear the shoes broke however the poor review is directed incorrectly and and is not my fault. This is something that should be directed to the manufacturer of the product. My suggestion is to contact New Balance to resolve the issue. If you need contact information for the manufacturer I am happy to look it up for you but can you kindly change the review and direct it to New Balance? I would appreciate it as I am a seller and not a manufacturer. Thank you, and good luck!

@the_gypsy_gene I can't figure out how to take down the review. I will take it up with Poshmark. I can look up contact info for New Balance, but they stopped manufacturing the shoe in 2015 and I highly doubt they would reimburse me for a second hand purchase, so basically I am out $40 and have to buy another pair of shoes.

@the_gypsy_gene Item ratings are not shown publicly according to Poshmark FAQ. I have contacted New Balance and they told me to fill out a form that they will review and get back to me. What they can do for me depends on the age of the item and the condition. As I said before, because these shoes are from 2013-2015, I highly doubt they will refund me the $40 I paid to you. I am hoping that Poshmark will do something—I have already contacted them.
