eleanorchandler I moved a month ago and just realized that while I updated payment and billing address, the actual shipping address was not updated. I have reached out to the new tenants to ask if they have received a package for me. Otherwise, it looks like it will be returned to you. My apologies for the inconvenience!

marceesfinds @eleanorchandler it says the shoes were forwarded on the tracking. It said that on 6/19 and it’s now 6/24. I live not more than 60 miles from Redondo Beach so I should have received them back by now if they were being sent back to me. It looks like they were forwarded to you. I’m a little frustrated over this as these are expensive Chloe flats I sold you! Am I now out the shoes and the money???

eleanorchandler Why would the assumption be "out of the shoes and the money"? I just filed a claim and the post office in El Segundo contacted me immediately and the package is perfectly fine and just where it should be... in the process of being forwarded to my new address in Manhattan Beach. She says that it always takes 6-10 days. They will be here when they are here. I will accept the package now, nonetheless, if that will ease the frustration. Thank you.
