yali789 Hi! I’m sorry for bothering. I recently sold my first luxury item ($over $1000) and I don’t know how the authentication works. I received the prepaid label in my email for the order but the prepaid label shows the address of the customer so how does Posh receive the order first to authenticate it before shipping it to the buyer? Thank you 😊

emenahem @yali789 yes, you have to send to posh for authentication then Posh will send it to the buyer. After buyer got the bag and review it and accept it then your money will be released.
