Hello, you recently purchased a pair of brown quilted flats from me. I apologize, but I have inadvertently misplaced the shoes. I'm sure they'll turn up and when they do I'll send them to you, no charge. Again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

@edileo I'm sorry, I should have clarified... I will cancel the order so you won't be charged and once I find them I'll still send them to you if you want. I am moving around and I'm not sure where I put those shoes. I know they'll turn up and I feel terrible because I'm not usually so disorganized 😕
