jamiemc2369 @fashionista820 hello there! 😊. I seen that your fitness tracker was delivered to you today. Just wanted to make sure you knew that they don’t come already charged up. The band comes off and the piece in middle with the metal part on it plugs into your USB port on your computer or laptop. Then you have to scan the app in your instructions and down load the app from App Store. It’s pretty easy though:) I’ve got one too and so does my daughters .

patriciasmth I just checked to see if cup is repairable, it is not. These were for my Christmas present for my granddaughters to go with a silver tea set I just purchased (which also canned damaged. But I was able to fix. Do you have another similar set? Thanks
