boymeetsgirl Hi Elena..I mistakenly sent you a Swarovski bracelet instead of the necklace you ordered. I am SO sorry! I have your necklace still but am unable to ship it until you receive the bracelet. Once you receive it, file a CLAIM and PM will issue you a shipping label. (There is no cost to you for this). After the bracelet is returned I can ship the necklace to you (providing you still want it. Again, I so sorry about this mistake. I'll do my very best to make this up to you. boymeetsgirl Elena...I just noticed that you had ordered BOTH the necklace and bracelet. I will be shipping out the necklace today (using the label that was meant for the bracelet.) So, all is good.
