Good morning I just received a message from Poshmark asking me to please ship your MJ makeup bag. I put your bag in the mail on November 12th. Not sure why it’s not tracking, but I will call the PO and find out. I am so sorry 😐

Hi I talked to the PO today and your bag was scanned on November 12 and now there looking for it. They are supposed to call me and let me know what they find out. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. I’m so sorry 😐

@kikim2019 Hi I just saw where you changed your rating of the Marc Jacobs makeup bag. The package was returned to me on 11/17 because label was damaged, it was re mailed to you on 11/18 and started tracking on 11/18. The post office says it was delivered to your mailbox on 11/20 @ 12:41pm in Chula Vista Ca. 91910. I have all the tracking information.

Sorry about all of this, I have opened a claim with Poshmark mark, letting them know you never received the item and sent them the tracking information. We will get this straightened out, and again I’m so sorry for the delay. 😌

Just heard from Poshmark and you need to file a claim with them saying you never received your item. Just go under problems and let them know. You should not have to pay for something you never received. And again I’m so sorry.
