libbygirl888 @parsimonystyle Hi there, this person purchased a bag from me that I only earned $0.85 and rated 1 star for reason "other." I've known buyers to accept the item and give a bad rating not because you did anything but because they can email PM and if they complain enough their account will get credited. If you delivered the item exactly as described and she still gave you a bad rating then those are the kinda people that arent happy with anything. Sorry this also happened to you!

palms85 @sharonyezzz I feel your pain, some buyers should come with warnings when they constantly rate low with zero explanation. I have sold hundreds of items on posh and this individual seems to think it’s okay to give low ratings with no rationale. I’m reporting this account to posh.
