coltjames100 Im so sorry u are dissatisfied w/ your purchase. I didn't realize they were stained whatsoever. The pants were given to me from a neighbor to sell. I'll make this right & I'll send u a pair of Arizona Khakis Sz 29 if that's okay with u??. Anything I can do to make it right, just let me know please. I'm truly mortified & embarrassed. As u can see by my other reviews, this definitely isn't how I do business. Send me your size for pants or tops or tell me anything i can send u to make this right.

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 I'll find you a size 5. I'll go buy a size 5 khaki pants if I have to (& believe me I don't have Xtra $ w/ 4 kids... Lol). But, what I'm saying is... I'll make it right, I promise u. I'm sorry again. I'll be in touch to tell u what I can do for ya boo. Please just know that this is never how I want anyone to feel w/ my items. I knew they were pre-owned, but I should've examined the item better. I'll fix this bae. Promise.

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 You don't have to send them back. I'll contact Poshmark on how to refund money to people cause I have no idea how to do that. I'll figure it out and give u back the $$ somehow. I know I only made $6.75. Poshmark made $3.00+ as a fee. $6.78 was shipping so Poshmark would have to reimburse for over $10+. I literally have the $6.75 i made off your order sitting in my balance, so I'll try my best to get that done. Sorry again.

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 Okay.....If there is a problem or if you're not satisfied w/ your order in ANY way, you're supposed to report the issue or contact Poshmark (which can ONLY be done through email cause they have NO phone #... Ikr... So frustrating!)before you ACCEPT THE ORDER. Once you press Accept on the order, the assumption is that u are satisfied w/ your order. If you don't report an issue or press the ACCEPT button Poshmark releases the buyers funds automatically to the seller.

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 I haven't heard back from Customer service yet(bc communication is ONLY through email), but that is EXACTLY what they're going to tell me or you. So, I'll let u know what they say, but regretfully that's all I can tell u as of now. Again .. I'm truly sorry more than u know. I'll really try my best to find u between a Size 4/5-6/7 in khaki pants while I wait for a reply.

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 I know the info I told u wasn't what u wanted to hear I'm sure, but can i ask u if the other pair out of the 2 I sold u fit and are useable for you at all? And also, what size are u in shirts/tops or size in all apparel so i can at least try to make it up to u somehow by sending u something that u could enjoy in the price range of $10 or less?? Just lmk whenever u can.

cherryberry94 @coltjames100 Hi sorry I was at work, unfortunately the other pair were to small so they didn't fit. Not your fault. I hope you hear back from them soon but thank you for making this whole situation bearable. I really hate to be a pain

coltjames100 @cherryberry94 Your not being a pain. I started as a buyer on here, so believe me, I get it. My listing was for Sz 4 for the Aeropostale. Am Eagle Sz 6 were the stained horrible ones that fit? I have Sz 7 LEI Light cream corduroy Pants that'll fit u w/ a belt or not. There's a tiny hole on em & theyre NOT new. It's worth a try. I'll see how 2 get em shipped somehow. I spoke to a veteran & she said if u accepted the item, it's done. I'm learning myself. Just know I'm trying to get u happy.

cherryberry94 @coltjames100 I know and I appreciate it all this. The stained ones fit me better but was alittle loose. I'm afraid those size 7s won't fit me. Let's just drop this, I'll change the review. You've more than proven to me that you didn't do this on purpose. I do appreciate all you've done and that you've gotten back to me so fast. U bought an item w/ your hard earned $, & that's exactly what u deserve. I Kno u told me to drop it, but I really will find a way to make this wrong A RIGHT. I care how others feel.
