I just saw a comment from you for 1 star and item not recieved? was that an accident ? asking becouse on my end it says you recieved it 11/15 🙈 if not please send poshmark a message asap as someone recieved your package becouse it has tracking and it was even scanned delivered to your address. please send them a message and have them look into this asap and let me know. that's horrible and clearly something isnt right if the tracking says delivered

I just sent poshmark a message too.. I double checked and it defiently says delivered so not sure where it is but I hope it gets to your house asap!! please let me know what I can do. never had this happen before so my hope is your mailman put it at the wrong door ? keep us posted 🙏🙏

@karsgarage - yep - I did not get it. It is weird because that day I received another Poshmark package that had the wrong item in it from another seller. I guess it is just not meant to be for me and Poshmark! But there was only 1 package from the other seller. Idk what happened to your package but it didn’t arrive here? I am super bummed Bc I was really looking forward to both of those orders and I got neither!

@19elisa78 it shows me delivered and then a long number on top.. not sure if that's the tracking?I sent poshmark a screen shot and asked where the heck it is too. I've never had an issue before but I was always told too tsor pix of any purchase over $10 before I sent it.. so I have a pic of it packed in a pink shipping envelope .. wouldn't be hard to spot. I'm so sorry about this, it has to be somewhere we will find it. it's so pretty u need it!! there must be a way to reimburse if not?

@19elisa78 ugh why wont this app let me send you a screen shot. posh mark emailed me back that it was delivered to the address on buyers account... if you click on your purchases then click where it says delivered the tracking number should pop up. I'd ask your neighbors maybe?? if not send poshmark a message

@karsgarage hey there! I called the post office manager who was able to look up that it was not in fact delivered to my address and apparently the delivery guy was going on vacation the next day and just decided to deliver it to a neighbor who apparently “always gets packages so I just figured it went there” (WT...?!) Anyway the manager got him to track it down and I get it to me. It is beautiful!!! Thank you for trying to diligently to work it out with me!

Oh! No! I was thinking I was talking to the girl who got the fur vest. Ok. Well, that explains it. I sent her the fur vest when u sent it back. She was supposed to send u the poncho. She won’t respond to my text. I’m really sorry this happened. I have reported a lot to Poshmark. Maybe they can get her to send it. I was hoping...I’ll keep trying. Thanks!☹️MerryChristmas!
