serdan985 @liveloveprosper hi Diana, FYI, the straps are a bit worn out, hence, I took that into account when I priced the bag. However, the straps that connect to the sides are in great shape. serdan985 Thank you for your feedback. This GG bag was returned the 1st time by my buyer stating that she was not happy with the drawstring condition. I have tried editing and submitting new pics on that post but the system would not allow me to do either delete or edit the post. I have reached out to customer service in order to correct this situation, I’m waiting for their response. Thank you! 🤗
