Hello. So I went up to the pack and ship place because the bag was not showing in the system. They have a bunch of high school kids there working who are so lackadaisical! Apparently the bag got “put to the side in the wrong pile”. They apologized. I’m a new mom and I was not on top of it. But I also knew something was not adding up when I wrote you the first time.

This has happened before except they shipped it the item after it was cancelled. Thank god the girl who bought the shoes was honest and Poshmark re did the sale. Unlike this time they asked me. They said we knew you would come back up here because it’s next to the local grocery store. I said well let me ask my customer now. Such an inconvenience on their end.

I’m so so sorry. I meant to write you yesterday but as a new mom life got crazy. This pack and ship place is so small and family operated and I know mistakes happen but geez. If you still want it I will go up to the pack and ship place and get it and send it from a different location in town today ! I have to go pick up the bag anyways. I will take $15.00 off the bag..
