vanityshoppe Because I’ve not had this happen before, When you receive check, just show accepting package without rating. I guess that will clear the transaction and you will be reimbursed...hate that several of these pretty pendants were damaged...apparently I did not adequately secure them in the bubble wrap ....lesson learned.
