robino98 I bought those Ryka 8.5 gray and teal walking shoes from you and put them on for first time today and wore for a few hours. I just took them off and there is a 2 in tear on the left shoe that developed. They weren't torn when got them. Can I return? I can't wear like this. I took pictures. Robin

urbanclique @robino98 Hi. I’m so sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, from the seller side of things, I can’t do anything once the package has been accepted. I would suggest reaching out to Poshmark. In settings, you can send them an email. They usually get back within 24-48 hours. Hopefully, they have a better answer for you.

urbanclique @ericajean86 Hi! So sorry to hear this and for the issue. I am not sure what happens now and will reach out to Poshmark. Have you updated your new shipping address in settings? If so, they might be able to issue me a new label to put on when the jeans get returned to me. The second option is you could reach out to them with the new address so they can possible send me an updated label.

The tracking information says the package is being returned to sender (me) because the buyer recently moved and has not updated their shipping address in Poshmark. The buyer reached out to me on my "Meet the Posher" page to let me know.

I just tracked the romper on the USPS website and the latest tracking says that is arrived at the distribution center in Boise, ID and that the item is currently in transit to its destination. It doesn’t give an estimated delivery date though. Regardless, if it does get returned back to me for any reason... I will contact you & let you know.
