Hi elise.I replied the a person before you and stated i did not think it was available. Not realizing that there were actually 2 people. Long story short is i deleted it incorrectly and was keeping it as a present. Fairly new to posh. My sincere apologies!!! I am very sorry that the vest did not fit you. I was unaware that it as you say "ran small" because it fit my daughter fine. It fit as her other PM clothes fit. Therefore it was not listed as running small. I guess you could have ask me for measurements or I could have posted them when I posted it. I feel you unfairly judged me just because it did not fit you. I hope you can reposh it and surely get your money back. I only made $2.05 on it. I did not try to misrepresent it.

Once again I am sorry about the vest not fitting you. Just to let you know, I have not posted any children's clothes to my closet. My daughter, who wore the vest, is 29 years old. The PM stands for Petite Medium in Adult sizing. When and if I ever post a child's size item it will be listed in the post so as not to confuse people.
