fateorfaded Sorry about what you think about your order. I can assure you the zipper was never glued or broken. We also don't smoke. Never have never will. Also not sure what you mean about wiping it and polish coming off. Huh? Only thing I've ever put on it was Leather care moisturizer from Cadillac (a line of products for leather care) to make sure it never creased or damaged from being over 20 years old. It has never been polished with black shoe polish. That's just not how to treat leather bags.
