canwetakeanap Hi this is the seller that accepted your offer for the Sam & Libby heels. I sold them for my mom who informed me they fit a 7.5 and ran small which was the reason they were labeled that way. I’m still a relatively small shop and low ratings really hurt my sales so I wanted to know if there was a way I could make things better?
