amytankersley you just purchased a pink Columbia jacket from me. I washed the jacket but forgot and put the hood in the dryer! it maid the fur curl and is not fluffy like the original pictures. I will be canceling this order and I will be putting the coat back up with pics of the hood for $12. the jacket is the same as stated before. the hood is still usable but its not like it was before. if you are interested please let me know. I am so sorry that this happened.

spice1962 🎅🏻Update on your order. I physically saw the postal truck pick up the orders this morning from the front office. ⛄️The mail carrier told me that only 25% of their postal office is available to work (others home with COVID). San Antonio is sending a crew up today to work overnight to help them catch up. Orders are roughly running 48 hours behind. Please know your order is on the way. 🎄Have a wonderful day! Thanks ❄️
