meechyandmook I was never contacted about any size discrepancies. I just saw your review. It’s not totally up to the seller when it comes to size when selling items. Where not manufacturers so we’re expecting the size to be as stated and the buyer to understand what there purchasing. We don’t know any problems if we’re not contacted. I was even never given a chance to correct any problem stated .

meechyandmook @etmargolin one star put I idea in buyers that there dealing with scammers or fraudulent sellers . If you have a size change , that can be fixed . We normally have multiple sizes in shoes anyway. I never had a problem with returns , especially for a size exchange if I have it. We never want someone unhappy with their purchase. We been online since 2003. We don’t have problems selling anything. We had returns that was sold before we even received the return from the previous buyer

meechyandmook @etmargolin you could’ve returned the shoe and I would’ve sent you a bigger size without Posh getting involved. They not trying to lose their 20% commission for the sale because you say their to small. All sellers not trying to get over. We would rather accept the return than the negative review.

etmargolin @meechyandmook I am just reading this now. I was never trying to be rude you. I was very upset when I received the shoe and they were too small. I am a true size 7.5 which is a 38 in euro size. When the show arrived the box says 37+. They are too small. I looked these shoes up on Neimans and Saks and they both say they run small. I did not mean to do any harm to your name. I received the package and I was away on vacation. When I opened them it must have been past the 5 day acceptance

etmargolin window and Poshmark accepted the package. I tried to contact you but could not find your contact info so I reached out to Poshmark to see if they could contact you and I wold them that the shoes were too small. Poshmark got back to me and said the item is as described. I do not believe that to be true because I know a size 7.5 is a Euro 38 - not a 37+. If you would like to take the shoes back, I would be happy to give you 5 starts.

meechyandmook @etmargolin there’s nothing I can do at this point. You can always contact the seller. You were mad like you said and that wasn’t the appropriate thing to say without even having some type of contact with the seller first. I shop for a living and I can tell you anything you purchase can be cut different. How could I blame a dept store or any seller because the item doesn’t fit . That doesn’t even make any sense. In that case there would never be any reason to try an item on for the fit .
