elisestringham Hey Suzy, Unfortunately when I received the earrings, one was snapped/broken. The envelope must have been bent at some point in the mail. I’ve never received a broken item and didn’t know what to do. I emailed posh support and they guided me through the process of filing a return request that indicates the item was broken upon arrival. I submitted the request. The earrings are so beautiful and it kills me that they are beyond repair! A very unfortunate situation.
