For 10 yrs, I worked in Mental Health, & l was truly honored to have some small role helping others heal & grow! However, during the pandemic, my own unresolved traumas surfaced in ways I couldn't have foreseen. I tread water as long as I could, but I was drowning fast. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult choice to surrender to what my body & mind needed, to focus on my own healing. For me, for my loved ones, and for everyone I can better help once l have found the way out... I started Elise's Pcs to still financially contribute in some way, while also working to heal & find a way out of the dark. ...I know I'm not alone; we're all on some kind of healing journey, all the time.
