heyyyrita @elissabrooke720 Thanks again for your patience. If you ever need to open a case go to “My Purchases” then tap pic of your order. Once open, down towards bottom of the page tap “Problems/Order Inquiry”. Once that’s done then tap “Order not as described” and in the comments, give them a piece of your mind! You should even take pics of everything from box, wrapping, labels and the contents. If you’re not happy with your order Poshmark Cares! Hope this was helpful and thanks again!
